It shipped very quick..i couldnt believe it got here that soon...it was the PERFECT picture for where i needed it ..it was true to color and very professionly done ! ...i would definetly order from Laura Captain again...it also was packaged very safely and nice...when i opened it up, there was a beautiful ribbon tied around it , that matched colors in the picture...just nice little touches..this girl knows what shes doing ! Did you create the photos, graphic designs, poems and quotes that appear on the products in your shop?
Yes, I sure did. I'm a photographer and artist and I love what I do. Since I'm a small business, I have partnered with a Print On Demand company that supplies the physical product and I design and apply my artistic works to them.
Are your photos, graphics, poems and quotes copyright protected?
Yes, so please don't try to reuse or resale any of my work. But feel free to share any of my items on social media as long as I'm given credit as the creator.

Cancel An Order? -- And How To Avoid Issues With Orders.
Can I Cancel An Order?
- No Cancelations once orders are submitted. Sorry, once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
- Please make sure the Ship To Address is correct. Reshipment fees apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address.
What happens if my item/s is damaged during shipping?
If your item/s is damaged during transit, please notify me right away or within 48 hours of delivery by using the Etsy contact/message system. My name is Laura Captain and my Etsy Shop is LauraCaptainPhoto. You will need to provide details of the damage and proof of the damage by providing clear photos that show the damage. You will also need to provide the Etsy order number, the name of the shipping company, order tracking number, any insurance information and etc. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be shipped ASAP.
What happens if my item/s is defective? Can I Exchange it or Return it?
Exchanges Only, I Do Not accept returns. If your item/s arrives defective, please notify me right away or within 48 hours of delivery by using the Etsy contact/message system. My name is Laura Captain and my Etsy Shop is LauraCaptainPhoto. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges, once an exchange occurs, you will be reimbursed. You will need to provide details & proof of the defect/s such as clear photos that show the defect/s & a copy of the sales receipt that includes the order number MUST accompany the returned item/s. The returned item/s will be inspected and items that are deemed defective will be replaced with the same product and design if available or replaced with a similar product.
Can I return an item?
No, I Do Not accept Returns, exchanges only for defective products or products damaged during shipping. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours through the Etsy contact/message system.
